Does anyone know how to go about getting a CRNA credentialed in the network that my doctor is already credentialed in? We are using contract CRNA's and the billing is charging for the doctors' service and a separate bill with the QX modifier however because they are not considered "in network" the claims are being denied. We are in Texas if this makes a difference. Thanks
