Hi. I've cross posted this question as I am not really sure exactly which category it falls under but I'm having a hard time finding a CPT code. It's for 'an excision of segment of external jugular vein.' The patient has an aneurysm. I keep looking in 35001-35152 are... any help?

Note: An incision was made and the platysma was divided and exposed a venous aneurysm on a superficial branch of the external jugular vein- 2 cm in diameter. The afferent venous limbs were isolated and ligated and clipped. The remaining superficial attachments were divided. The specimen was handed off to pathology. The platysma was closed.

Also, path report says the specimen submitted was a neck lymph node mass, which would lead me to review the CPT codes in 38525, 38510, or possibly 38542? 38542 looks pretty good...
