My physician said there's a code for crossing a chronic total occlusion. I'm not sure what code he is referring to. Anyone have any ideas?

He did an atherectomy on at ATA & PTA during this procedure.

You have 37229 and 37223 for this procedure. The only area that has a CTO code is in the heart when a coronary artery that has been chronic occlusion.
