Hello,
My Practice will begin offering crosslinking to our patients next month. It looks as if most major payors do cover it, but I've heard it can be difficult to get it paid. I'm hoping to learn any best practices on ensuring the claim is accepted and paid the first time. Outside of prior auth, are there any specific things they're looking for in the documentation presented? How about in the procedure note? thank you in advance for your advice!!!
