Now with the changes in documentation requirements for E & M ? Wondered if anyone has a chart they would be willing to share for cross-walking out-patient consult codes to evaluation management codes?

The problem I have always had with crosswalk charts is that sometimes (in this case), the criteria for each of those code sets are different.
Consult codes are based on history, exam, and MDM, or clinician face to face time if > 50% in consult/coordination of care.
Outpatient E/M codes as of 01/01/2021 are based on MDM or total clinician time date of service.
As the requirements are different, I don't see how you could possibly crosswalk them on a chart.
And as Sharon pointed out, most carriers no longer accept any consult codes.
