Wiki Crosswalk for Temporary S Codes??

Since medicare does not recognize S-codes, is there a crosswalk out there for them? For example, if someone is billing S9123, I know depending on the documentation they could bill with a 99500-99602 code. Also, how is reimbursement done on these codes?

I have been looking for this answer FOREVER and can't find a thing! All help is appreciated!
