Does anybody know or use a Fee code for a one time use cryo pen? or any other surgical tray fee's that would be used in an in office setting for colorectal procedures? One of my docs just called and said some other offices are billing tray fee's etc... I am not aware of any I can be using for hemrrhiodectomy, banding, wart removals etc... Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
