Need help with a CPT code. Here is some of the HPI:Has 3 lesions on fingers at distal joints that occ ooze clear gel liquid, approx 6-8x over the last 3 months, pops them and then fill back up again, somewhat tender.
Taken from the treatment Plan:
Cysts of skin
Notes: H&P consistent w/ digital myxoid cyst that drains clear gelatinous fluid @ DIP joints of fingers, cryotherapy applied to all #3. Return in 4 week for repeat
