Can a CS modifier be attached to E&M encounters for Patients currently Actively being treated or Post Treatment/ Sequela encounters for COVID-19 Related?
 
Initial info was released in April 202 but it is retroactive to March 18, 2020
"...ca use modifier CS on both in person and via Telehealth. if using modifier 95, for Telehealth devices its suggested to report 99214-CS-95. modifier CS affects payment, so use it first. Modifier 95 is informational....."
