I have been asked what the pay difference is if our surgeon uses as Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) vs. one of our Physician Assistants (PA). I feel that it is the same pay rate, but I want to be 100% sure before I give this information to my surgeon. I believe, and please correct me if I am wrong, that they are both paid at 16%.

Can someone please let me know if I am correct? Thank you.
