Is the CSI Stealth device considered a cutting balloon? In other words, if iliac atherectomy is performed with a CSI Stealth device, followed by balloon angioplasty and subsequent stent placement because of residual 40% stenosis, can I use 0238T? Or is atherectomy with the CSI Stealth device considered plain-old balloon angioplasty?
