I have 2 separate pts, one is 7 years old, the other is 10 months old. History states OBSTETRIC BRACHIAL PLEXUS INJURY. Impression reads INTERNAL ROTATION DEFORMITY OF THE SCAPULA SECONDARY TO OBPI.

Not sure what dx to use?
