New to radiology coding. Does anyone know if this cpt 72126 would be billed twice if the ct is done in extension and flexion? I'm trying to figure out why my predecessor coded it that way.
 
CT c-spine

The CT c-spine will only be coded once no matter how many projections are taken of the cervical spine.
