CT crown to crotch, then spines later in day

The ER physician orders a crown to crotch CT. Later in the day, he orders a lumbar spine CT and thoracic spine CT on the same patient. Instead of radiating the patient again, the exams are extracted from the original crown to crotch CT and presented to the physician. Can the patient be charged for the lumbar and thoracic spine exams (they are ordered and read by a physician) even tho the patient wasn't scanned a second time? If not, then does the patient have to be rescanned for the CT lumbar and thoracic spines to be charged?
