I have a case where the radiologist I bill for, along with a pain management doctor, performed a CT guided celiac plexus injection for pain control. I believe that I should only bill 77012 for my radiologist's part but he thinks something else should be billable. Any suggestions?
 
the medication is definatley billable unless it says otherwise in the code, but unless i saw the report i couldnt be totally certain.
