if CT head w/o contrast 70450 this cover TC/26. How about is facility code?
Medicar patient who does not have 2nd asking what her co insurance together. We quickly quoted w/medicare fee shecudle's 70450 TC/26.
Is anybody knows the facility code? so we can give the facility charge to this patient.
