Is it appropriate to charge two 73700 for evaluation of the same leg, two separate reports one CT Femur and CT lower leg (tibia/fibia)?

I appreciate your response.
 
When it comes to CTs of the extremities, you only bill once per extremity no matter how many areas are scanned.
