CT of lower extremity (73700)

I am reviewing charges wherein a Provider charged 2 each of 73700 because he did a CT of the LT foot, then a CT of the LT ankle on the same day, same session. Can the provider charge 2 each of the 73700?? Or is the ankle & foot included together? The description of the code is simply "CT lower extremity".
