A shoulder arthrogram was perfomed folloewd by a CT.
The CT was enhanced by using the arthrogram contrast and not the IV contrast.
Should I code it as a CT- or a CT+ with modifier 52?

Thanks

I'm not a rad coder but my opinion is to go with CT-. You might post this in the radiology forum. You might get a better response there. :)

- Sorry, I just noticed there isn't a radilogy forum. Why is that I wonder?? Well, maybe try ortho?
