Hello; I know we can code from x-rays for laterality (such as fractures) and site of fractures…

Does this pertain to CT’s? I recently coded specificity of a fracture site based off a CT impression and was questioned if we are able to do that in our scope?

I am also wondering if this is okay to pull specific sites for neoplasm coding instead of using unspecified codes? For instance, coding right upper lobe instead of right lung unspecified?
