Order is for a CT of the R foot and R ANKLE. Is it correct to bill 73700 twice on the same extremity? With a 59? Or just once for both the foot and ankle?

I would probably just do the 73700 once-lower extremity...my thinking is that the RT foot and RT ankle would be inlcuded in that.
