Good morning all,

We are trying to find out if 3D reconstruction must be done in order to code a CTA chest (71275). I searched the archives and found a similar question. The answer stated "It needs to state this (3D recons were done) to be coded as a CTA chest". Could someone tell me where to find documentation for this. We tend to agree, but our docs are going to want something in writing.
