Hi! I am wondering what the best way to code for a cubital tunnel injection? I've searched different websites, and there seems to be conflicting information. Some say to report with CPT code 20550. Others say to report CPT code 64450. And other say to use an unspecified CPT code that compares it to a carpal tunnel injection. What are your thoughts on this? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
 
What is being injected? Is it post op pain block, anesthesia, therapeutic agents,etc. Copy of note would be helpful.
