I have received conflicting opinions on coding breast cancer as a current condition when the only treatment being received after chemo is Tamoxifen. Does Adjuvant therapy meet the requirements of current treatment to continue to the code the condition as a current status?

Tamoxifen treats breast cancer. Even if the provider indicates no evidence of disease, you use the active cancer as long as the cancer is being treated.
