Does anyone know if there is a default in ICD 10 for injuries? Injury S codes vs M/S conditions?

Scenario: Patient comes to hospital for mri of knee. Pain in the knee is reason for visit. History states no known injury. Radiologist report has impression of tear of meniscus. Is the default for traumatic sprain/tear? Or should I query the provider?

I am looking at ICD 10 CM official guidelines, Chapter 13, b
