Do we code cystic fibrosis profile with 81220? Is this reimbursed? I dont see it on BC/BS or Medicare's Lab fee schedule, does anyone know?

Hello, would you have the LCD or NCD that shows that 81220 is not covered by Medicare? I found 81220 on the Medicare 2023 CLF (Clinical Laboratory Fee Schedule) https://www.cms.gov/medicare/payment/fee-schedules/clinical-laboratory-fee-schedule-clfs/files
