Wiki cysto in hospital

If the provider does a cysto with retrograde in the hospital would the coding be 52000 and 74420-26?

cysto/retrogrades

I believe you would code 52005 and can only bill the pc component of the retrograde 74420, if the physician dictates a separate report.
