Hello all,
My providers are pushing back on whether we should be billing a "passively dilated urethral stricture". Here's the documentation from the office note:

I wouldn't think this would be appropriate documentation for a 52281 but wanted confirmation and/or documentation I could take to my providers and practice admin to show this documentation would not be enough to be billed. Or guidance if I am wrong in my thinking. Any help is appreciated.

I am presented with this same scenario and wondering what you ended up with?
