Wiki Cystolitholapaxy < 2 cm with Suprapubic catheter replacement

Hello, I have a charge that the patient has a retained suprapubic catheter that has stone burden on the catheter.
Dr. is wanting to charge for a Cystolitholapaxy for crushing the stone off of the catheter with a lithotripsy along with
a replacement of or exchange of the supra-pubic catheter..
CPT codes:
52317- states removal of bladder stones.... to me this is not according do Dr. dictation removal of a bladder stone.
I do not feel that this can be used in addition to the
51705 Change of a cystotomy tube.
Any suggestions.

There is no edit for these two. a paxy is crushing and washing it out to me if documentation states that code would be correct.
