I am trying to code a cystoscopy. This is how my op note reads:
The posterior urethra was inspected and was abnormal. It had moderate BPH and necrotic tissue at prostatic fossa from previous button, Using the grasper the area was debrided. Good result. 20fr foley placed for overnight.. The ureteral orifices were both visualized and appeared normal.
The bladder is abnormal with findings of moderate trabeculations.
Does anyone have any suggestions as to the code I use for this procedure?
