Hi,
I am new to urology coding. How would you code the following:

Cystoscopy with clot evacuation and placement of 3-way foley catheter?

Try looking at code 52001 which is cysto with clot evacuation. This will bill out higher than Foley as the Foley is bundled to the cysto.
