Patient's ureteral stent was noted to be in her urethra. This was pushed back into her bladder, and the stent was pushed back up the ureter further using stent grasper.

*What would be the proper cpt code for this procedure and could you site your resource, because I am not finding anything.

Procedure details:
Patient was brought to the op room by anesthesia. General anesthesia was induced. She was placed in the dorsal lithotomy position. She was prepped and draped in the standard sterile fashion. A multidisciplinary timeout was performed. Preoperative antibiotics were administered. A rigid cystoscope was navigated through the urethra. There is immediately noted to be the ureteral stent present beyond the sphincter in her urethra. Using the cystoscope the stent was pushed back into the bladder. I then used a stent grasper to push the stent further up the ureter. Patient's bladder was drained and the conclusion of the procedure. She tolerated the procedure well with no acute complications. She was taken to the postoperative recovery area in stable condition.
