I had a pt who at 14 weeks had a legal abortion with the use of misoprostol (due to fatal fetal anomolies). The only code I found for this type of abortion waas S0199. I have dx of 635.90, 655.10. What is the best way to bill private PPO insurance for this procedure? Or is there a non-temporary code that I can use for this?
