Can anyone shed some light on how to bill ESRD dialysis when a patient is in a "Transitional Care Unit" - a SNF? Do we bill this as Inpaitent so us 90935-90937? Or is this an outpatient service - billing 90951-90962? I hate nephrology! :confused:
