Wiki Data Points for Rapid Flu A/B

When rapid (point of care) flu tests are performed for Flu A and Flu B and 87804, 87804-59 are billed, how many points are assigned in the data column for the E/M level? 1 because the same CPT code is billed twice OR 2 because there are two unique tests being performed that happen to be billed with the same CPT code. Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

I assigned 1 point in data column, because provider ordered a single test (rapid Flu) that contains the results of Flu A, Flu B or Flu C. adding Modifier-59 to 87804 shows lab result are distinct. that is 87804- is for Flu A and 87804 with modifier-59 is for Flu B.
