For Data points, is it adequate enough for the physician to simply state, "labs reviewed" in his progress note or does he need to at least list a few specific lab findings from that visit?
 
Doctor needs to state what was reviewed. We do not count this here where I work. Our docs usually bring forward the lab information in their dictation so then we would give them credit for it. So to answer, I would say NO. Hope that helps.
