Does anyone know when you have a patient on a home infusion pump at 350mg every 48hrs for 14days how you can bill this?

Do you bill the first date of service with the total amount of the drug used for the 14 days or do you have to bill every other day 350mg or can you bill everyday with 175mg? Or maybe it doesn't matter?
