DBE retrograde approach or via rectum

Is there any way to bill a Double Balloon Enteroscopy via rectum other than using the unlisted 44799? I have this on a Medicare patient and they will not accept the unlisted codes. But I do not find anything else for a DBE retrograde approach that can be used. In addition, there was a sub-injection tattoo done, which again i find only points to an unlisted code. Suggestions?
