If the skin is thinning at the site of the DBS and the pocket is enlarged and made deeper. The same generator & electrodes are returned to the "revised" pocket. Is this coded with 61888? There is device code edit. Or would you code a debridement or unlisted? " used plasma blade to perform a deeper dissection over the pectoralis muscle in order to create an adequate pocket than the current one. Generator was tested & impedances checked and generator was returned to the pocket". Thank you
