Knowing that you can bill for a cardioversion at the beginning of an EP case (for example, PVI), does "beginning"mean:
'as soon as the patient is brought in the room' OR

'intubation, and access' then cardioverting prior to being able to start the actual case , as in mapping.

**this is my third-ish post as our department has been having many many discussions re: how we are billing... so i am sorry, AND thankful for any input.
