Wiki Debridement Achilles Tendinopathy

The procedure was listed as above. I am wondering after reading the op report if I should be using the 11042 because he states he did an incision 3 cm long and he debrided some abnormal looking tissue from the middle of the Achilles. The op report also states the specimen was sent to pathology so that makes me wonder if I could code this as a biopsy 27614.

Any help would be greatly appreciated!
