Has anyone been able to get 31237 paid after a Septo (30520) Turb(30140) only surgery. I have never been able to get this paid and have always been advised to not bill this unless an ESS was done. One of my doctors was told that if they debride the Turbs that we can bill this with the 79 modifier. Just wanting your thoughts on this.
