Debridement of chest wall radiation burn

I need help! I am trying to code a debridement of a s/p breast ca pt who has a massive chest wall radiation burn. It is not your typical debridement. I am trying to avoid an unlisted procedure code. The debridement codes will be such low reimbursement for a whole lot of work. What other codes should I look at?:(
