Wiki debridement with bone bx

Need some help with coding these procedures:
Debridement of Sacral ulcer to bone with bone bx
Debridement of heel bone with bone bx.
Would I use 11044 and use 20245(which does not seem to fit the procedure)

Please give me your thoughts on this. Sorry I did not go into depth further.
 
If the biopsy is being performed on the bone that was removed during the debridement I would think that is inclusive
