Does anybody know what J code to use for IV decadron 40mg? Any help is greatly appreciated. :)
 
Decadron would be coded under the generic name dexamethasone...either J1100 or J1094 depending on the NDC #.

J1094 for NDC # 00006764401, 00006764403, 00131102604

J1100 for NDC # 00006762803, 00006762825, 00006762866, 00006764603, 00006764610
