Can anyone tell me where to find current guidelines as to how to charge Decalcification's? Is it per specimen or per block or per slide?

Per Dennis Padgett, it is 1 unit of Decal per specimen.

It's per specimen. This would normally get done before the tissue is put into a block or cut onto a slide.
