Could I get some opinions, please, as to whether this should be considered a "decision for surgery"?

As requested by him, surgical procedures for correction of bunion, tailor's bunion, and hammer toe are explained to him in detail. He will think about the different options, and he will get back to us in the near future. Return to office 2 weeks.
