This is related to pain during penis insertion in area of a female cervix. Id use 2 dx codes of N88.9 and R10.2. I hope the other documentation on this medical record points to that. I hope this data helps you

What else was documented in the record? What is the anatomical location? Was this a swallowing/aspiration patient with larynx involvement? We would need more information to help you.
