Hi, can anyone let me know what should we do if patient came for screening for Neurocgnitive testing and it turns out to be deferred with no other psychiatric history as we cannot give Z series as Pdx, only can give F series, pls suggest ICD code (claim denied for medical necessity, Payer-BCBS Florida).
