Does anyone know the definition for definitive fracture care? If the patient is in the office and the Physician orders and X-ray and the X-ray comes back with a fracture. The physician treats the patient's pain,reviews progression of symptoms,healing and potential complications. The physician prescribes a pain killer but does not perform any manipulation. Is this a Definitive Fracture care-21800.

If in this case the physician also refers the patient out to a orthopedist, What CPT code would I use then? Please help!!!
